Mr. Nitten Jaju

Managing Director, Rini Casting Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Nitten Jaju is a seasoned technocrat and visionary entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in manufacturing and metallurgy. With a background in mild steel production, silica sand and bauxite mining, and graded aluminum alloy manufacturing through his associate company M/s. Atharv Udyog, he brings deep industry insight and operational leadership to Rini Casting Pvt. Ltd.

As Managing Director, he leads the strategic direction of the company with a focus on forward integration and process optimization. His vision to set up aluminum gravity die casting (GDC) and high pressure die casting (HPDC) within the same premises as the alloy manufacturing unit enables the use of direct molten metal, eliminating the need to remelt ingots. This innovative setup results in a 5% efficiency gain, making Rini Casting a smarter, more sustainable casting solution provider.

Technical Director, Rini Casting Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Prashant V. Khele brings over 12 years of specialized experience in the aluminum extrusion and foundry machinery sector. As the founder of Arnav Foundry Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he has designed and manufactured a wide range of critical equipment for the aluminum casting industry, including melting and holding furnaces (TRF, Skelner, Crucible types), pollution control systems (scrubbers, chimneys, dust collectors), and material handling equipment (hydraulic/vibratory chargers, billet casting tables, dross processors).

With a strong mechanical engineering foundation and a deep understanding of aluminum casting technologies, Mr. Khele plays a key role in the technical innovation and machinery optimization at Rini Casting Pvt. Ltd. His expertise ensures that the company remains at the forefront of engineering excellence and process efficiency.
